It does the schedule Jenga in under two minutes, down from about 20. You type or dictate who’s out and it builds the whole day’s coverage from rules you set, spreads the load fairly, protects the blocks you said were sacred, and hands the close calls back to you.

Dismissal Hub

For whoever runs dismissal

When a parent asks, “Where is my child?” the answer can never be “I don’t know.”

The Dismissal Hub puts today’s dismissal on every phone that needs it: each bus and door sees only the kids it should expect, and the office sees who is still unaccounted for, with their teacher and bus. The office enters each change once, with an end date, and every tap is saved with who, where and when.

For the attendance team

A student can be out for days before anyone calls home.

The Attendance Suite runs the daily calls home, the letters at set benchmarks and the weekly attendance meeting in one place. The dean runs Monday’s meeting from one list of the students in school 80 to 89 percent of days, each with a named adult and a next step, and the principal gets one line with no student names.

The data is stuck in the export until the end of the quarter, when it is too late to act on.

The reports turn the week’s CSV exports into one page per teacher, one page per student and one tracker of the students on the edge, every week. A script swaps every student name and ID for a code before any AI touches it.

More than fifty schools and networks, every one of them a referral, and 91% came back the next year.

For over a decade I’ve consulted with schools on culture, operations and leadership coaching. I’m doing the same type of work now, helping leaders find and fix problems, with tech that wasn’t available before. I’m using AI to help leaders get their time back. AI isn’t going to do the job of a principal, but it can do some of the jobs a principal shouldn’t have to do.

I’m still applying the same systems thinking, and there’s a person in the loop every time.
