For anyone who runs the meeting. It builds the agenda, the next steps, the calendar invites, the reminders and the follow-up email from a few keystrokes.

The same four weeks run twice. In one, the agenda, the notes and the next steps all end up in different places. In the other, every agenda comes off the same tracker.

One Week, Start to Finish

The agenda, next steps, invites, reminders and follow-up run without AI. Drafting from your notes is additional functionality: if you have an enterprise agreement, I can build it with you. The Meeting Suite isn’t for evaluation or performance meetings.

Meeting prep can come with it. For the meeting that matters, you get one page: who is in the room, the questions you have to ask, what they will ask you, with answers in your words, and a clock for the time you have. I prep my own calls this way, and I can build it with you, same as the drafting.
