How We Start
You point me at a problem or a process. We figure out the exact target: time, money, stress. I build it, help you deploy it, and hand it off to you.

Some of this exists as software already. Yours is built for your school. You control the product. It’s built exactly the way you want it, and it integrates with what you already use. And some of them do things that don’t exist as software.
Systems are the solution, and I’m using AI to run them safely. This is version two.
Version one was manuals and trainings. Version two builds the thing with you, in your account, and leaves it running.
You could absolutely do this yourself. So could every principal I’ve ever coached, and almost none of them did, and it was never because they weren’t smart enough. It’s that the work that would save you time is always the work that loses to whatever is on fire.

What You Couldn’t Do Before
Doing more than we could do before. Like the data analysis: things we couldn’t do, or wouldn’t do, because they were so time-consuming.
Do It With AI Safely
Never student records. We use anonymization steps. When this is done well, we aren’t hiding that we’re using AI, but nobody sees the AI. They see the same task, done well. That’s partly because the tools are refined, but mostly because a person is in the loop every time: a strong front end, a person steering it, a process that has been tested and fixed and tested again, and then a final human.
Done with you. We build it in your account, on your work. There’s no man behind the curtain.

If It Breaks
I’m on call, and I fix it for you that day.

You point me at a problem. I learn your process, or help you figure it out, and find the shortest path to get your time back.
The other version is broader. You do more with what you already have, starting with the data. You’re the most prepared person in the room. We take the work that doesn’t need you.
We use the tools already built to do the things we know they do, and together we find what’s unique to your situation. We build out the suite, install it, launch it, refine it, then hand it off so it runs without me. It should take as little of your time as possible, and it should never cost you quality or trust.
This turns your thoughts into outlines, your outlines into decks, and your decks into something the whole team can search. You start from where you are instead of from a blank page.
