Leader Time
Everything in a school goes through the leader, so leader time is what keeps a school from moving forward as fast as it could. Until I finish my time machine, automations and custom tools are the fastest way to get that time back and, when done right, make leaders more effective. Passing that up leaves results on the table.

Never student names. I use anonymization steps. A person is in it every time: a strong front end, a person steering it, a process that has been tested and fixed and tested again, and then a final human.

If it isn’t helpful, you don’t owe me anything, and the tool is yours either way.
If It Breaks
I’m on call. Fixes and changes are covered for 90 days after it goes live, and all year with school-year care.
When I Hand It Off
It runs in your school’s Google account, and the rules are yours to change. One person on your team owns it, with a written guide, and any Apps Script developer can maintain it.
For a Network or Regional Team
The version for a network or regional team is broader. You do more with what you already have, starting with the data, so you walk into the meeting with the data already read and the tools do the jobs that shouldn’t need you.
I use the tools already built to do the things I know they do, and together we find what’s unique to your situation. We build out the suite, install it, launch it, refine it, then hand it off. It should take as little of your time as possible. If it ever costs you quality or trust, we stop and fix it.
