One Week, Start to Finish
A sample school, from how many students are chronically absent to the one line the principal gets.
One week, start to finish, in about two and a half minutes, with music.
How It Works
The front office logs each call and whether the student came in, and prints letters from your own templates. The dean runs Monday’s meeting from one list of the students who are in school 80 to 89 percent of days, each with a named adult and a next step, and when the meeting closes the principal gets one line: counts and commitments, no student names. Nothing goes home until someone on your staff prints it.
If your week looks like this, give me thirty minutes and we’ll talk it through.
