I'm an organizational culture consultant
and educational technology founder based in Brooklyn, New York. I have a
serious passion for helping organizations transform and grow.
As an experienced organizational
culture and leadership coach, former school leader, author, and co-founder
of a successful ed tech product, I bring a wealth of experience and a
proven track record. I help leaders to tap into their authentic purpose,
clearly define their vision, establish efficient systems, grow their
teams, and build thriving organizations. I specialize in building and
implementing data-driven assessment methodologies and tools that help
organizations unlock their potential and take the next step in their
evolution.
