Coaching + AI for school leaders

Ten percent of your week back.

I coach school leaders to put everyday AI to work on the parts of the job that eat the week: the inbox, the follow-ups, the prep, the 200-page board packet. The draining stuff goes to the machine. Your time and your head go back to the people and the calls only you can make.

Why now

The job got heavier. The training never came.

A principal's week runs close to 58 hours, and most of it lands on everything except the instructional work you got into this for. Most leaders are already using AI just to keep their head above water. About one in five has had any real training. Meanwhile every funded competitor is busy teaching teachers how to teach kids. Your own time, the leader's productivity, is the open lane, and it's the one that buys back your week.

The promise

What you walk away with.

This isn't about your teachers using AI. It's about you getting your time, and your head, back.

01

The most prepared person in the room

Walk into every meeting and every board call as the one who's most ready, without the late-night prep grind.

02

Nothing drops

A follow-through system where every family, every teacher, every board member feels tracked and followed up with. Call it your Chief Reminding Officer.

03

A second brain

Something that remembers every commitment, every person, every half-formed idea, so you don't have to hold it all in your head.

04

Sound like yourself, faster

Every email and memo in your own voice, drafted in a fraction of the time it takes you now.

AI takes the small, draining work. You keep the people and the decisions. That's how you trade fatigue for bandwidth.

What you build

You don't leave with notes. You leave with systems.

By the end, these exist and run, built around your actual job, not a generic demo:

Safe by design

Student privacy comes first, not in the fine print.

We start with student-data safety and recording law, before a single tool. No generic AI course teaches this. For a school leader, it's the whole ballgame.

Why me

I teach the operating system I actually run.

This isn't a deck of tools I read about. I've sat in the chair: a National Charter School of the Year turnaround, an edtech platform I co-founded that now serves 1,000+ schools, 200+ leaders coached, and national academic strategy across 50 high schools in 28 regions. And I build the AI, I don't just talk about it.

How it works

Small cohort. Real systems. Five weeks.

A small cohort, on the everyday tools you already have. No enterprise agreement, no IT project. Five live working sessions over about five weeks, with a beginner track and an intermediate track, so you start where you are. Want it solo, or for your whole team? It also runs 1:1 and as a workshop.

Ten percent of your week is more than 250 hours a year, six-plus weeks of your life. The founding cohort is forming now, with limited seats.

Work with me

Get your week back.

The first conversation is free and useful either way. Tell me where the time's going, and I'll tell you honestly what AI can take off your plate, and what it can't.
